01 Who We Are

Content Expert provides digital content production, e-commerce, and technical consulting services.

02 Our Services

Content Expert provides content creation, content growth, storytelling, Above-The-Line (ATL) advertising production, e-commerce solutions, and technical consulting services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement (“Order” or “Service Agreement”) between Content Expert and the client.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will govern for that specific engagement.

03 Eligibility

By using the Site or our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

04 Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

05 Orders, Payments, and Billing

Prices for services and products are as quoted in the relevant proposal, invoice, or Site listing, and may be subject to change with notice.

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, due dates) will be specified in your Service Agreement or invoice.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

For e-commerce purchases made directly through the Site, order confirmation, delivery, and return terms will be presented at checkout.

06 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is owned by or licensed to Content Expert and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any materials, brand assets, or content you provide to us for a project (“Client Materials”). You grant us a license to use Client Materials solely to perform the agreed services.

Unless otherwise stated in a Service Agreement, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.

Content Expert retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

07 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, feedback, and materials needed for us to perform the services
• Obtain any necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for materials you provide to us
• Review and approve deliverables within the timeframes agreed in the Service Agreement

08 Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information disclosed by the other party in connection with a project, and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement.

09 Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or campaign will achieve specific business, marketing, or financial results, as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Content Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Content Expert harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any third-party rights through materials you provide to us.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing Service Agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
